Kander & Ebb’s title theme from the 1977 Martin Scorsese film was introduced on-screen by Liza Minnelli ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hrihZoUeqbk ) and eventually achieved wide mainstream recognition via this 1980 release from the Sinatra triple-LP “Trilogy: Past Present Future.” It became Frank’s final hit single and is now remembered as one of his signature songs.
