"You're No Good" written by Clint Ballard, Jr. and initially recorded by Dee Dee Warwick in 1963 was covered by Betty Everett on the Vee-Jay label reaching #51 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and #5 on Cashbox R&B Locations chart in November of that year. In my opinion Betty Everett’s version is superior. It was later covered by the English group, The Swingin' Blue Jeans, in 1964 and by Linda Ronstadt in 1974.
