Let's eat! Aah, man! Oui! Nothing like some hot buttered cornbread with red beans and rice with Andouille sausage. Down in South Louisiana cornbread is hit just like this driving Zydeco hit by Beau Jacque. Zydeco has the distinctive wash board work and that strong back beat whereas Cajun music often has a triangle and fiddle. That's something most don't pick up on, but the two styles are different. At one time, the music genres were separated by color/race, but with modern times people have come together a little bit better to have a great time. No matter what race or religion you are everyone enjoys to pass a good time. That's Louisiana! You could call that state the festival and party capitol.
