This beautiful waltz was written by Scott Joplin, while he was with the Texas Melody Quartet in 1896. I think this was dedicated to a club he went to, along with his quartet. It's his most beautiful waltz, and deserves more attention. This was before he wrote Maple Leaf Rag and other rags.
