This gentle arrangement of "Softly and Tenderly" is soothing and peaceful. Its calm simplicity is fitting for harp therapy repertoire. This well-loved hymn was written by Will Thompson in 1880.

This elementary arrangement has been crafted with comfortable left hand patterns, helpful fingering support, just one lever change (C#) and a sweet arpeggio interlude. Maybe this will be the perfect piece for you to share in church or in your next friends and family video.

In this video I am playing the Marini Made 28-string Bass lap harp in cherry. If you play 25+ strings you can easily make some adjustments to play on a small harp.
